Instructors for the Employment Mediation Training course are Zena Zumeta, J.D., Susan Hartman, J.D., and Susan Butterwick, J.D. All three are all experienced mediators and trainers who practice in Southeastern Michigan.
Zena Zumeta, President of Mediation and Training Consultation Institute and The Collaborative Workplace, and has been providing mediation training since 1984.
Susan Hartman does workplace mediation in the office of
Mediation Services for Faculty and Staff at the University of Michigan
and is the co-owner of PeaceTalks.
Susan Butterwick directs a three-state demonstration mediation project for The Center for Social Gerontology and a child protection mediation program for the Dispute Resolution Center of Washtenaw County.
