Register for Michigan or Chicago Workshops
To register for a Divorce & Custody (Domestic Relations) Mediation Training workshop held in Michigan (including Ann Arbor) or Chicago, please fill out a registration form and submit with payment to our office using one of the methods below.
For all other workshops held in other locations, registration is handled by the local host. Please see the main registration page for contact information for the particular workshop of interest.
- If you're paying with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), you may use our secure online registration form.
- If you'd rather put pen to paper, or are paying with a check or money order, you also may print out our mail/fax registration form, complete it by hand and mail or fax it with payment to us. If paying by check or money order, make payable to the Mediation Training and Consultation Institute. Please send to our office:

| Full Price | $1,500 | If your registration and deposit are received less than 30 days in advance of the first day of the session you wish to attend. |

| Discounted Price | $1,420 | If your registration and payment of $1,420 are received 30 days or more in advance of the first day of the session you wish to attend. |
| Minimum Deposit | $850 | Required to secure placement in the workshop. The balance is due and payable no later than 14 days prior to the first day of your session. |
Your registration fee is refundable up to two weeks prior to the training; however, a $150 service fee will be assessed and deducted from that fee.
