ACR Annual Conference: Mediation and Collaborative Law - How Collaborative Law Changed My Mediation Practice for the Better

Chicago, Ill.

Collaborative Law is often considered in competition with family mediation. Some practitioners believe that collaborative law undermines mediation, or that lawyers practice it in order to undercut mediation practice. Zena Zumeta has found that the approaches of collaborative law have improved her domestic relations mediation practice, and have made it more inviting to lawyers. Zena will share her practices in this workshop, and discuss how to improve relations with lawyers and other professionals. Workshop at the ACR 2010 Annual Conference with Zena Zumeta.
